Black with Sequins

A black blazer covered edge to edge in small black sequins, worn open over a black vest and wide black trousers. Notched lapel, long sleeve, a little structure at the shoulder. The sequins are matte black rather than silver, so it sparkles in the light and stays quiet out of it. Evening, done properly.
