Refund & Exchange Policy

Clothing

Please inspect and try on your clothing while the courier is with you. If an item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, hand it back to the courier on the spot for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Once the courier has left, the sale is final. We are unable to accept clothing returns or exchanges after delivery.

Makeup, skincare, fragrances and accessories

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your order with the courier at delivery - if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, refuse the item and the courier will return it to us.

Refunds

Cash on delivery: no payment is taken for a refused item. InstaPay: refunded to the same account within 7 working days of the item reaching us.
